  • What species of Sea Moss do you offer and what are the differences?
    Sea Moss is an Umbrella term used to describe different species of Seaweed/ algae. Golden Gracilaria (Saint Lucia) The main purpose of this species is for Detoxification. Gracilaria grows in warmer waters most popular in St. Lucia & Jamaica. Golden color from being naturally dried in the Sun also comes in purple. Purple Gracilaria (Jamaica and/ or St. Lucia) Some of the vitamins and trace minerals found in sea moss include: Calcium, Sulfur, Iron, Selenium, Folate, Potassium, Magnesium Chondrus Crispus (Ireland) “Irish moss” said to be called the Royles Royce of Sea Moss. Called Irish moss because it was one of seaweeds consumed during the Irish potato Famine in the 1800’s. Cold water moss. Grows on rocks this is where it receives it nutrients from. Only harvested during the summertime. Contains all the essential minerals the body needs.

    All of our Gels are wrapped with bubble wrap, ice packs, and shipped 2 day priority. Products are shipped Monday- Wednesday. Refrigerate immediately.

    Do to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges.   • How do I use Sea Moss Gel?
    Original Sea Moss Gel: Add to smoothies, juice, tea, on skin, face mask, hair conditioning mask, soup, and baked goods. You can take up to 2 tablespoons per day. Flavored Sea Moss Gel: Take up to 2 tablespoons per day, add to smoothies, juice tea, and baked goods.
  • Is your Sea Moss Wildcrafted?
    Wildcrafted: Attached to the rock. Contains the most nutrients. Our Purple Jamaican Sea Moss & Chondrus Crispus are wildcrafted. Note: MOST Sea moss that are labeled “Wildcrafted” Are in fact Ocean/ Farmed Raised Ocean Grown/ Farmed Raised: Grows on ropes in the natural sea isn’t tampered with until time of harvest. Retains most of its nutrients (not as much as wildcrafted). Note: We eat farmed raised vegetables all the time. Farming is necessary due to the increasing demand. Farming also helps to prevent depleting of natural resources from the sea which disrupts the Ecosystem. Grown in clean waters so the Sea Moss retains most of its nutrients. Pool Grown: we NEVER offer pool grown Sea Moss. Grown in a brim tank with a machine used to create the back and forth motion of the ocean. Grows quickly & Contains more Mucilage than Wildcrafted/ Ocean grown. This form has the least nutritional content. Thicker, pre hydrated, Contains salt, smells like chemicals or chlorine.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
